PhotoVoice
PhotoVoice is a youth-directed program in which photography, writing, and other arts are used to explore, create, and express youth voice about topics that matter to them. It is an opportunity for our organization and community to hear them, see their point of view, validate their perspective, and support their healthy development. To learn more, contact Bonnie at bthornborough@tritowncouncil.org.
Each year of PhotoVoice has had its own unique process and themes. We invite you to learn more in the pages linked below.
In Fall 2025, we piloted a new workshop series that was a variation on the process previously used to begin PhotoVoice:
WELL Creativity Workshops were offered as two 4-week guided sessions in which youth (mainly middle-schoolers registered) explored the connection between creativity and wellness.
A variation of these workshops will be offered to 5th-6th graders through our Horizons Program on three early-dismissal Fridays in Winter 2026.
