With an increasing number of children experiencing elevated anxiety levels, this workshop aims to support parents in identifying red flags, symptoms, and indicators that their child(ren) may be struggling to regulate and manage big feelings.

Adults who understand personal safety principles and practice safety habits with children, help them become confident and more self-reliant as they grow older and learn to exercise caution without fear.

This FREE 6.5 hour course focuses on recognizing the patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors and appearance that indicate the possibility of a mental health challenge rather than focusing on specific illnesses.

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adolescents ages 12-18. 8 hours of training content over 2 mornings. Must attend both sessions.
